THE MACHINE AGE PLAYING A FUNDAMENTAL ROLE IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTORS. Whenever we picturize any heavy machine, the first thing that comes to our mind is its gigantic body with its huge size and the weighty equipments that is involved into the making of the heavy machines of equally the same size which can also handle parts weighting several tons. DEFINITION OF HEAVY MACHINING IN INDUSTRIAL AREAS:- Heavy machines are used in the industrial sectors as it characterizes both the products that is – (a) large and (2)heavy products and because of these factors heavy industry involves higher capital intensity and it is often recurrent in investment and employment. Image source :- www.omz.ru Heavy machining is a process of heavy pieces of hard core minutely and accurately cut to get the desired parts and shape which in turn is rotated to be utilized in different industrial sectors. In order to gain the exact form of raw materials, the unwanted parts are cut off from the actual form to get the expected shape and material. There are many other heavy machining components used like the plastic, woods, ceramics, bores, lathes, drills to get the accurate machined elements. By making use of the techniques like that of the milling and turning, a simple rod is turned into a threaded rod. While in the modern and advanced age of machining, software like the CNC is utilized.

GENERATING ACCURATE AND EXACT PARTS THROUGH THE USE OF HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENTS:- The use of heavy machines has definitely played a major role in our livelihood taking a big leap as compared to the past. For instance, the fuel was formerly comprised in a large barrel before being transported to individual gas stations that was filled in our vehicles. Such barrels or containers are said to be manufactured using heavy duty machining techniques. For the purpose of storing strong liquids and gases at high pressure, there are industries that deal with the sensitive materials and mediums which are well protected by hard strong wall containers which are easily available and within the reach. These sturdy and hard-walled containers are also known as ‘autoclaves’.

Heavy machining is carried out by many industries in varied classes or section of steel and non ferrous materials like copper, aluminum and other exotic materials, regardless of its size, dimensions and fabricating material. Heavy machining services also provide to its individual customer’s applications and specifications for ‘storage vessels and tanks’. FEATURES AND IMPORTANCE OF HEAVY MACHINING:- As every business sector requires its services, its application is widespread. Its range is extended to the industries like steel and metal, plants, energy sectors, shipbuilding and aerospace industry as well.
