STAZIONE DI TRATTAMENTO BIOGAS
BIOGAS TREATMENT PLANT
Pegoraro Gas Technologies ha realizzato una stazione completa di trattamento e compressione
per Biogas al servizio di una cartiera ed adatta per installazione all’aperto.
Questa centrale è costituita da:
- due motori elettrici direttamente accoppiati ciascuno ad un pompante a vite
- due compressori ridondanti con scambio automatico delle funzioni
- raffreddatore aria/gas
- scambiatore di calore acqua refrigerata/biogas
- separatore di condensa dotato di scaricatore automatico
- filtro a coalescenza
- scambiatore biogas caldo/biogas freddo
- quadri elettrici IP55 montati a bordo macchina con relativo cablaggio
- elettrovalvole di comando
- impianto di illuminazione interno ATEX
- misuratore di portata a filo caldo posizionato in mandata
- armadio di contenimento insonorizzato in acciaio
La centrale di compressione è adatta a funzionamento continuo anche 24 ore.
Caratteristiche:
- pressione di aspirazione: 100 mbarg
- pressione di mandata: 5.5/6 barg
- T di esercizio: -10/+40°C
- Portata massima: 155 Nm3h
- T gas alla mandata: 40-45°C
- Livello di rumore: 65 db

Pegoraro Gas Technologies has realized a complete treatment plant for Biogas for one paper mill
and suitable for outside installation.
The station is composed by:
- two electric motors directly coupled each at a screw pumping
- two redundant compressors with automatic exchange of functions
- air/gas coller
- heat exchanger chilled water/biogas
- condensate separator with automatic drain
- coalescing filter
- heat exchanger hot biogas/cold biogas
- control boxes on board station
- solenoide valves
- internal lighting system
- gas meter
- insulated and soundproof cabinet
The station is suitable for continuous operation even 24 hours.

- discharge pressure: 5.5/6 barg
