Start up name:Electrical Engineers' facebook / EEgate Targeting Problem : The main concept is to make a networking platform/website of Electrical ,Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers where they can share their skills ,expertise, experience, they can grow their network,they can be informed what is current technology trend in this field.Undergraduate students can get help for higher studies and getting good jobs. Companies can get suitable clients and candidates.They can collaborate with other department of engineers and researchers too. Although these already exist ,IEEE is a big organization already but my concept is just a social networking site not to get any membership. My goal is to make a platform so that they can help each other. Actually after being undergraduate I was looking for this type of platform and still I am looking for. I am inspired by this. I am also inspired by https://www.researchgate.net/ . Let's see what happen. Prospective customers: 1. Companies who seek Electrical Engineer candidates and clients related to this field. They have to pay for this. 2.Companies who advertise their products or services related to this field. They also have to pay for this. 3.If any training programs and freelancing activities done they need to pay for this. 4.Students and other social activities are totally free. All of these will be updated/changed in future. 1.Windows of Opportunity: Goal and DMU role: Our target is to make popular the website so that end users (mainly undergraduate and /or graduate Electrical Engineering students ) are attracted to use the website for seeking job and getting help in higher studies and companies use the website for talent haunt .As a result relevant companies and services use this website for advertising their products and services. Time- All of the year it can happen but our targeted period is mid and end of the year when undergraduate and graduate level final exams are done. 2. Triggers: Goal: Arranging events for example job fair and other events helping prospective graduate students.Any event that a student can get internship opportunity from a reputed company. DMU role: Our website advertisers ,final year students,prospective graduate students and recent undergraduate students. Time:Mid and end of the year when final exams are done. and also every quarter of the year. 3 Lead Generation:

4. Access to Influencers: Goal and DMU role : Initiate meeting with clients ,related companies,universities,advertisers,sponsors and other channels.

time limit: 1-2 or 3 months

5.– Pre-Purchase Planning : Goal and DMU role:

Arrange to buy customers I mean initiating uses of website among a number of students and companies and trying to make it reputed among others from their point of views.

time limit: 1-3 months.

6. Purchasing: Goal and DMU role: Signing all necessary contracts among partners.

time: 1-2 months

7.Installation: Goal and DMU role: Hiring freelancers to develop the full version of website

time limit : maximum 6 months.

8.Payment:

Goal and DMU role: Expecting to get some earning , expanding advertising ,social grouping, organizing events,campaigns to end users to accelerate this. time limit: 1-6 months.

9. Re-Purchase and Word of Mouth: Goal and DMU role : Mainting the product quality and users' expectation and trying to make it addictive to prospective customers to increase the existing users.
