Net Meter

Net-meter (bi-directional meter) is having provision to record energy I M P O RT E D from the grid to meet the load

(system generates less energy than consuming load ) & energy E X P O RT E D to the grid after self consumption.

Key Benefits Net- Metering

Financial Credit for Extra Solar power produced

No Battery Storage System Needed

No Back- up generator for when solar power is not

available

Seasonal Storage: Solar power produced in summers

saves on winter costs

Less Maintenance

The difference between E X P O RT and

I M P O RT readings is the actual energy

consumed/delivered.

Case 1 : Only Sun Energy

The Sun can provide enough energy to supply your Load in this case without need of Utility Grid

Case 3 : Sun & Excess Energy

In case you have an excess of solar electricity from your Solar PV System, it will feed excess solar electricity to Utility Grid by turning the electric Meter backwards

Case 2 : Sun + Grid Energy

In some situation, the sun energy might not be enough for your Electrical Load. Therefore, electricity comes from the Grid to compensatee.g. in cloudy or Rainy Days.....

Case 4 : Grid Energy at Night

And in Last Case, We don't have any energy coming from the sun at night. All is provided by the Utility Grid

Simple On Grid / Grid Tied SYSTEM

A grid tied system refers typically to distributed solar power systems that are connected to the grid and no

other source of power such as batteries. In case of a power outage, this system would disconnect from the

utility grid, owing to technical and security reasons. In the absence of the grid, the system stops generating

electricity.

Solar Energy applicability : We need roof top ~50,000 sq Ft which can install 500 MW Electric power. Generation ~7,75,000 Units per year Per Year Saving Generated Solar Energy if not used then it can be credited back to MSECDL this will be beneficial to client.

Concept of OPEX / BOOT Model: The investor will invest money for putting the solar panel The Solitis Electrical Solutions Pvt Ltd will install & operate the solar panel for generating electric power. The Power purchase agreement will be in between Client & Investor

Highlights of Power purchase agreement PPA tenure 15 year PPA rate 7 Rs. per unit against generation through Solar PV System Locking Period 7 Year By Back option is there

Scope of Solitis Electrical Solutions Pvt Ltd : The Investor will own the solar plant and Solitis Electrical Solutions Pvt Ltd will be responsible for design, procure, finance,

install, operate and insure it at the site. The Investor & Solitis Electrical Solutions Pvt Ltd will provide entire electric power output from the Project exclusively to

the Client. When the electric power generated by the solar power was not utilized it will be credited to MSECDL , we willget the benefit for the credited KWH electric power.

The Solitis Electrical Solutions Pvt Ltd will obtain necessary government and regulatory approvals for the Solar Project andcost of same bearded by client.
