Why the need for colour?
Schools can be under huge pressure to
cut down on printing expenses. Strict
budgets often mean that often
teachers are encouraged to either print
in black and white, or reduce the size
and double up. But how does this
impact students learning?
Well, put simply, students much prefer
using resources that have colour. It
makes it more engaging and more
stimulating for the student. What’s
more, by reducing the size of the
resource it can jeopardise its quality
and make it difficult to read.
At cazoom maths we design our
worksheets to be wholly visual and
colourful. Here is a showcase of some
of our worksheet resources. Each
worksheet is visual, engaging, and most
importantly, differentiated. To find out
what differentiation means or to access
our wide range of free maths
resources, see our blog
