Highlights of Achievements

Integrated Product Development Process: PillPro – Lehigh Completed a product development project from mission statement to development plan with business, management, and

technology sections.

According to target customers’ survey, decided product specification and completed mock-up.

Built the Bill of Materials and Production Plan to analyze cost, and Base Case Financial Planning to decide whether the project

is go or no-go, build or outsource.

Used Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Sensitivity Analysis to identify the uncertain variable.

Graduation Project: – Tunghai Used MiiCRAFT and MakerBot 2X to print out models which were drawn by SolidWorks.

Analyzed the printed works, compared the structures, limits, materials and growing direction and recorded the information in the database.

Vehicle Components Corporation – Tunghai Implementation of Lean Production based on 5S Principles on assembly line in a car components factory (mostly motors,

compressors, and generators).

Observed factory procedures and operator’s actions to successfully reduce 11% of transport distance.
