Chapter 2 :Abstract.

One of the most important equipment used in transporting goods and people is the hydraulic lift. By the way of hydraulics, such JCB Truck are able to carry heavy loads with great ease, and lift it vertically. Hydraulic lifts come in the form of passenger lift, service lifts (to carry goods to higher floors etc.)

The main reason for the use of JCB Hydraulic truck is the benefits it provides by creating ergonomically safe working environment and conditions.

This helps to greatly reduce, or even eliminate the large amount of injuries caused to workers due to repetitive stress.

An hydraulic Truck is a Truck built with Hydraulic Jack usedto lift heavy loads. It is capable of exerting great force. It uses aliquid to push against a piston. This is based on Pascal’s Principle.

The principle states that state's thats: “Pressure exerted anywhere in a confined incompressible

fluid is transmitted equally in all directions throughout the fluidsuch that the pressure variations”

Chapter 3 :INTRODUCTION.

Page 7: JCB Hydraulic Truck Using Wood And Syringes

Pressure in a closed container is the same at all points. Ifthere are two cylinders connected, applying force to the smallercylinder will result in the same amount of pressure in the largercylinder. However, since the larger cylinder has more area, theresulting force will be greater. In other words, an increase in arealeads to an increase in force. The greater the difference in sizebetween the two cylinders, the greater the increase in the forcewill be. A hydraulic truck operates based on this two cylindersystem.

Chapter 5 : Building

1. I have used several 20-ml.plastic syringes, New plastic drip tubes, Pieces of wood, Nails, Screws, Screw Drivers and Some Ordinary hand tools.

Page 13: JCB Hydraulic Truck Using Wood And Syringes

Step 2. I have first of all built the wooden part of the Truck. Which I did in a carpentry workshop. The Wooden Framework consists of A big flat wood And 4 wooden wheels which is the base of the truck that all the weight is Exerted on.

Step 3. Drilling of some holes into the wooden framework so that the Syringes can fit in.

Chapter 6 : Result

The Hydraulic JCB Truck describes and show the working System of an Hydraulic system And the Principle of Pascal's Law of Pressure.

Chapter 7 : Conclusion

The Main Aim of This Project was to produce a JCB HydraulicTruck Which that describes Pascal's law or the principle oftransmission of fluid-pressure, Which States that“Pressure exerted anywhere in a confined incompressible fluid istransmitted equally in all directions throughout the fluid such that thepressure variations remain the same”.During the period of this project I have gone into deep researchsearching, How Hydraulic System's work, Which has really giving mesome basic knowledge Which I was able to use in developing the finalprototype of my project. Which is an “Hydraulic JCB Truck”
