Infrastructure projects are to construct to supply
consumption, infrastructure engineering lines & network, and
construction of facilities in the newly proposed districts with
42,000 apartments to be built in Ulaanbaatar, to serve 26700
seats school children, 7100 seats kindergarten, to serve 4350
residents per a day hospitals, 2,000 job vacancies public
services centers, shopping centers, hotels, sports, swimmingpool, cultural centers and office.
PURPOSE OF PROJECT
THE PROJECT OF INFRASTRUCTURE
"The Mongolian Government Action Plan 2012-2016 approved which is to
intensify engineering infrastructure, supporting to intensified of "New
construction" plan, to expedite the implementation of the program,
constructing the infrastructure under the engineering policy, reconstructing
the treatment of technology innovation for urban water supply, wastewater
and to develop objectives infrastructure.
“The Infrastructure project” of the Ministry of Construction and Urban
Development was established by the Government Resolution No 118 dated
on 30th 3th July, 2013 in order to implement the Government Action Plan of
years of 2012-2016 and intensify its activities on providing citizens with
housing.

26 construction works are ongoing the frame of "Infrastructure project" on the 7 districts of
Ulaanbaatar. Attributable to: - Completed jobs –12

infrastructure construction, totally 26

“BUYANT UKHAA ”RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT ENGINEERING LINES
In 2013, the "Infrastructure" projects executed totally electricitysupplement division 6, 400 - 630kVA capacity closed substation 59with equipment,112.2 km long cable line systems connection, centralheating distribute supplement construction, water supplementcenter 17, the water of distribution heating equipment assemblywork 1, clean water supply 20 deep wells, 2 water pools with acapacity of 2800 m3 , F11-315mm diameter 18.2 km long pipe linework, waste water pump station 2, F150-600 mm diameter 14.1 kmlong pipe line assembled the tasks were completed successfullycompleted. Total 20,000 m3 of waste water treatment plantconstruction to be built in Buyant- Ukhaa residential area by 2015.
1 . The construction work of Buyant-Ukhaa residential areas where have been
doing the drinking water sources , 20 pieces wells , V = 2800kh2 m3 of 2 pcs
reservoir and pump station , construction of power supply.
"BUYANT-UKHAA" DISTRICT ENGINEER INFRASTRUCTURE
2 . f400 mm 2863 m double line is continued from fresh water resource,
from the pump station to the ring line is continued 546 m and a totally
3884 pipes , 120 m access channel construction work on the Buyant-
Ukhaa residential area.
3 . F 315 mm 10031, 2 m, F 110 mm diameter of fresh water 70 m ring line, and
80 m channel access of the construction work of Byant-Ukhaa residential area.
4 . F 200 mm 2242 m double line with waste water pressure , f 200 mm 2820
lines , f160 mm 1042 m line , 2 pieces stations and 40 m access channel
construction on the Buyant- Ukhaa residential area.
5 . From Shine Yarmag sub-station 10 kV 2 complex structures is to delivering
dispense facilities are 9.89 km , architecting and designing the 9.9 MW power
cable work and construction on the Buyant-Ukhaa residential area.
6. 2 complex division of 10 kVis distribution network of approximately 9.9
MW capacity to meet demand for the power supply, 2*400 Kwa capacity TP 25
kits , 33.0 km long 10 kV cable lines achecture has designed and
construction on the Buyant-Ukhaa residential area
7. 10 pieces archectures design of heating & water delivering center,
construction on the 10th parts of Buyant- Ukhaa residential district
8. The design and archectures of the 13v magistrali 400 double line of
heating and 100 m line 7th pump station is to pair to extend into f400 mm and
to become the corridor system construction on the Buyant- Ukhaa residential
district.
9 . Design and 20,000 m3 of waste water treatment plant construction Buyant- Ukhaa
residential area.

station
• Bayangol residential district electrical supply for the 10 kV distribution network,
estimated to provide approximately 13 MW of capacity utilization close to 10
kV with AE - 3 complex , 2 * 400kVA mighty TP 33 kits , 59.9 km long 10 kV
cable picture project and construction,
• Bayangol residential district substation 10 kV 3 NT 12 km into the complex 13
MW power cable for use by the design and construction.

• “Ireedui” complex area’s waterФ150 - 350 11 - mm main line4377 m , swimming pool designand construction,

• 2nd round of construction workfor “Ireedui” complex area’selectrical supply for the 10 kVdistribution network, 2 *630kVA mighty TP 1 kits , 5 kmlong 10 kV cable outline projectand construction,
YARMAG HOUSING AREAS OF ENGINEERING NETWORKS
• Yarmag housing area’s 15.0 km of water main pipeline project andconstruction
• Yarmag housing area’s 14.5 km sewage main line drawings andconstruction
• Yarmag housing area’s electrical supply for the 10 kV distribution network,estimated to provide 14.3 MW of capacity utilization close to 10 kV withAE - 3 complex , 2 * 400kVA mighty TP 36 kits , 37.6 km long 10 kV cablepicture project and construction
• Near Yarmag bridge district substation 10 kV 1 NT 12 km into the complex15 MW power cable for use by the design and construction

PROJECT RESULTS
Currently, " Infrastructure " project has been fulfilled successfully 95.6
billion worth, total 5 distribution facilities of the electricity supplies, 59
closed buildings substation with a capacity of 250 - 630kV with equipment,
112.2 km long cable line construction, 20 heat transferring centeral
buildings , 20 wells of clean water supplyment , 2 water tank pools with a
capacity of 2,800 m3 , 18.2 km long line pipe F110 - 315 -mm diameter are
constructed , and 2 waste water pump station , 14.1 km long pipeline F150 -
600 -mm diameter assembled were successfully completed in Ulaanbaatar.
ACHIEVEMENTS OF PROJECT
1. Nowadays there are some solve problems have been appeared which
are depended on the lines and equipment of plants very fewer. So using
the importing the most equipment is from the Republic of China and
Russia to construction works of infrastructure. Beside them, to waste
the time, lost money for importing very much that is appeared the
negative results for the country’s economics. In order to decide those
solve problems to involve the foreign investment and to establish lines
and equipment’s plants such as engineering infrastructure lines and
equipment etc. which are most important role to execute the
infrastructure.
PROPOSAL OF INVESTMENT
2. In recently, there has been using the solar energy power intensively,
especially geotherma, sun, wind, water solar power energy which are
using on the worldwide renewable energy . In order to decide the
infrastructure issues which are most virtual need to requirement in
Mongolia increasingly. In this regard, we are ready to joint work with the
business activities of foreign investors in this field to express their
willingness to cooperate with you.
We have confidence with you to cooperate the filed of infrastructure
which is to implement the policy of Mongolian government that is
increase housing supply, to support the manufacturing of construction
materials, based on the development of modern technology.
