The YLP Series is maintenance-free MOPFA and Q-switched pulsed Ytterbium fiber lasers designed for OEM applications. These lasers deliver a high power 1.07μm laser beam directly to the work site via a flexible metal-sheathed single mode fiber cable. Collimated, and then typically focused to a spot size of a few microns or less, the near difraction-limited beam can mark, drill or machine a variety of materials. YLP Series provides a wide choice of pulse durations, repetition rates and peak powers. The fiber based design and rugged metal case allow these compact laser modules to operate under industrial shock, vibration, dust and humidity in the temperature range from 0 to 50℃.

The software supports barcode, serial numbers and customizable date/time objects output, it is widely used in the industry which needs mass production in short time, such as IC, small tools, small pieces.

Each marker will have the red box positioning functiion. There is a visible red beam coming out from the fiber laser source, then the laser beam becomes a

red box after going through the galvanometer. This is extremely helpful for the operator to confirm the marking location on oddly-shaped items. By using the Red Box, you can preview the marking or cutting position and size on a project.

W ith the development of technology, the range of application of fiber laser marking is getting bigger and bigger. To a great degree, laser marking is

replacing the etching and CNC engraving. Many small parts or special items needs to be processed in a short time, that is why people configure the automation. Our control software can be open to the user, and our engineers can modify the software according to the special requirements of customers.

What marking effect are you looking for? a mirrored look, or a dark and black look, Or a polished, or a deep look or annealed effect? With our TopMark,

you can create each of these marks simply by adjusting the speed, power, frequency and other settings in the software. After many years' work experience, we've developed many settings that provide a wide variety of marks on different metals based on the look you need.

The software supports generation of markable scanner bitmaps and dithered and grey scale marking, you can mark your dog or other patterns on the material. It can help you do colorful photo imaging on the stainless steel, this would be very useful for the application of watch housing marking.

Because not every cylindrical object is the same, Epilog offers two different styles of Rotary Attachments for the FiberMark

system. The Standard Style Rotary is the easiest to set up and operate. It’s a great general-purpose attachment that works well with simple cylindrical shapes. For more demanding applications where it is desirable to mechanically clamp a cylinder or oddly-shaped, non-cylindrical object in place, we also offer a 3-Jaw Chuck Style Rotary Attachment. This attachment provides indexing capabilities, a high level of accuracy and more versatility for holding complex cylindrical and oddly-shaped objects.

Exhaust System for smoke out

A lthough the fiber laser is widely used in various industries, and will replace the traditional etching process step by step, the air

pollution is still a problem which can not be ignored. The fumes, dust, debris and other odor will come out once the machine starts marking, These are absolutely bad for the health of the operator. The exhaust system can help you exhaust the fume to the outside of your building structure. If you want to have a healthier work environment, you can also buy an air purifier which connects with our marker.

Foot Switch

The Foot Switch is a shortcut for the operator. When you process a lot of small items, you do not need to press the

keyboard "F2" or click the "Mark" every time to mark the items one by one. Just press the Foot Switch, the marking starts again, it will shorten your marking time.

Goggle

The safety class of fiber laser is class IV, it is harmful for the eyes of human, so our clients always buy the goggle for the

operator.
