PAF centers his main activity at Construction, focussing on building works but also with experience and qualified to civil
works and a few and small bridges constructions.
Through the combination of a large team of professionals (one hierarchical structure comprising management,
engineers, commercials sales technician, administrative secretarys and a highly skilled professionals affects the works)
with the technical and the high-performance equipment allow us to successfully achieve the realization of many large-
scale and very complexity works, as we distinguish ourselves by the high percentage of use of own means to fulfill
contracts that can be awarded.
The founder of the Group, the PAF CONSTRUÇÕES LDA. was established in 2001 at Amarante a town in northern
Portugal, and benefiting from the know-how and experience in construction of the founders. In a short space of time it
has proven to be at the best level to stand out in the Iberian Peninsula market. Initially it has distinguished himself in the
masonry activities such as plasterwork, masonry settlements, plasters, paints and other coatings on buildings, later in
hydraulic works and civil works, in particular with a high degree of rise and a high turnover in the in situ execution of
reinforced concrete structures progressively to reach the necessary experience and the legitimate path for the
implementation of a general work contracts.
Currently PAF holds the Construction Class 7 nº 57902 (authorizes to build in Portugal up to the limit of € 10.624 million
by the regulatory authority of Construction).
It Portugal it highlights some of the works performed in Portugal and is a true example of subcontracting held at the
Basilica of Fatima, the Casa da Música in OPorto , the Estadio do Dragao and S. João Forte Conversion in the new
buildings of the Municipality Council of Bragança.
In Spain it was possible to conquer some territory, especially in the Basque Country, through the collaboration in
numerous works, including some of the most importants such as the Tecnhiker Center for Research Technology in Eibar,
the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian, the construction of Purifying Station in Aduna, to of the Towers of 607
Apartments in Bilbao and other numerous work contracts with much emphasis in the real state market.
Over the years the Group has worked in terms of reach and take root in the Iberian Peninsula market, thus overcoming
the only Portugal land border and by projecting since the year 2005 until the present day. To achieve the solidity and the
trust of the customers and the market taken as aim, it was established in 2010 the NORPAF Construcciones SL. in the
town of Tolosa in the Basque Country, the company that has been a reference by the works such as 96 VPO Apartments
+ 40 VS Apartments in Basauri, the Nuevo Pabellón Buesa Arena in Victoria Gasteiz, the construction of 90 VPO
Apartments + 42 VPT Apartments in Olalde - Oiartzun, the construction of 144 Apartments VPO S. Roque in Durango
and other buildings of major interest.

Cementing the commitment to the European market, is was established in the year 2012, a PAF's subsidiary in
Germany, PAF CONSTRUCTION LTD, GMBH, initially based in Neustadtcarrying out since then the market research
and the development of some works as the Neubau AM Westpark in Munich (residential buildings).
The NORINTERIM Empresa de Trabalho temporário Lda. is a Portuguese company of Temporary Work, created in
2013 and with his headquarters in Amarante, in Portugal, it has the authorization Permit nº 713/13 and is positioned
strategically to the market requirements and Customer needs. This company focuses its attention on the customer
satisfaction, improving its human capital, in the search for flexible and cost-effective solutions, by promoting qualitative
improvement of productivity and competitiveness with a special focus on the Construction activity. The use of
temporary workers is an effective response to the companies needs, such as the rapid replacement of employees, the
occasional increases of activity, events and seasonal activities or non lasting projects.
The Vitaleme Imobiliária Lda. is based in the city of Amarante in Portugal and is active in the field of real estate
development, property management and real estate investments.
