About us
Our staff have over 40 years' combined experience with URD and
overhead reticulation design in both Queensland and NSW, working
with Energex, Ergon Energy, Essential Energy, Endeavour Energy and
Ausgrid accredited subdivision and street lighting consulting
businesses. We can also design the electrical and/or
telecommunications reticulation (nbnTM, Telstra or other) to your
subdivision.

Arcadis’ Industry and Power Group are accredited by Energex as a design consultancy and collectively
have a total of 40 years’ design experience working in this capacity. The design staff of our URD Team,
together have over 100 years of electrical distribution industry experience. The URD Team is supported
by CAD operators, lighting designers and various other support staff throughout Arcadis Australia
Pacific, but all under the leadership of the Business Leader, Industry and Power.

Nature's Edge High-Rise Apartments Brisbane, Qld (2011-2012) Client: Carbone Developments
Evan worked on this project as Manager, Development Projects for another Energex-accredited
consultant. Starting with estimating budget costs, Evan co ordinated and project managed the design
of underground electricity reticulation, nbn™ pit and pipe reticulation, road lighting and traffic signal
design for Carbone Developments. Evan also negotiated approvals with Brisbane City Council, Energex
and nbn™. Special emphasis was given to meet the client's tight time frames. Evan supervised
tendering of the electrical construction and facilitated the designer's attendance at pre-start meetings
with the contractor.
