The elevation design was influenced and guided by the exisitng ndia kuu streetcharacter and pattern, in an effort to fit inthe new design without muchinterferance to the neighbourhood/streetpattern the front facade has beendivided into four parts that projects ontothe street this relates to the the facadessize and scalebof the existingneighbourhood buildings.

The building has a 3.6m plinth that isfinished with dark brown machine cutmazeras with the upper part havingwaterproof paint this gives the building acolor/material gradient with a dark plinththat rises up to light upper level.

The building has a canopy with an'eyebrow' that creates a human friendlyscale for pedestrians
