Work Experience

He is currently work at Steelcast Ltd. Bhavnagar.

He has 32 years of experience in Pattern designing and foundry.

How they take their work..

During the working there is a always a goal and mission which is developed by the management of particular industries.

He takes that their company mission and goal as challenge, and try to reach nearer that mission or vision by taking their colleagues with them.

Qualities required for become successful employ

There are many qualities are required for become successful employ but the main thing which required in the employ is knowledge.

Employ have good knowledge about their subject which they are studies.

Detailed knowledge of a particular field, help to become a successful employ

How they take the challenges of career

He is working in industries from 32 years, in this 32 years of working life he may face a new challenge everyday.

He takes his every work as challenge and he face every problem as opportunity

Job satisfaction

According to him the job satisfaction is an inspiration to do work next day.

He believe that if he take his work as burden than his future is not bright.

Are they believed in rewards or opportunity..?

According to him rewards may help but he believed in opportunity because opportunity provides greater job satisfaction and increase motivation.

When juniors are not working according to expectations. According to them when junior are not

working according to expectations then it is failure from our side.

To get them work from them we have explain them how to work and what is the importation of work.

We have to make the better communication with junior to get work, otherwise we can not get work up to the mark.

When the senior are not supporting according to expectations.

As per him we have to first under that what expectations of our senior from us, because they have details top view of whole work than us.

After understanding their expectation we have explain what we have to do or our point of view towards that work.

Contribution towards the organization , and how relate with society. Contribution towards the organization is to

work according to as per the expectation of management.

And for society we have to applied our knowledge what we have gain and share it with student or other people.

Example of personal experience

As he works in pattern shop as pattern inspector, he has vast experience in making drawing.

In 1988 he received the drawing from Japanese company. The drawing was made by using CAD software at that time and in drawing dimension are given very accurately.

At that time in steelcast has a no facilities like CAD software and it is difficult to make the pattern from drawing.

So they study the lots books and find the out solution for it.

Short term vision and Long term Vision

Short term vision

- Their short term vision is that their all colleagues take knowledge which they have and become successful as like him.

Long term vision

- Their long term vision is to help their industries to reach at no.1 position in their field of foundry.

Message for future engineers.

He gives the message to future engineers that

“ They have to gain more and more deep knowledge about their subjects , they have study by heart and put all the efforts to understand so it help in future to become successful manager.

Life Experience of him which feel him a successful person

According to him when you are doing any work there are many experience happen but when you do any work you get success and more and more success give more satisfaction.

Conclusion

After getting the answer of the above questions I reach on the conclusion that he is “Contributor Person” .

Reason for this are, He always take work as challenge, they not much believed in rewards. He always think first about his colleagues and their industries.
