DELIVERY: The machines will be ready within 30 working days from receipt of down

payment as well as approval of sales contract, technical scheme and profile drawing.

The shipment will be made within 10 days after the seller receives the balance by T/T.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30% of the contract amount as down payment; the balance is

to be paid by T/T before shipment. Installation charge is to be paid before installation by

T/T.Cost of Installation

The buyer should pay the installation charges (USD 100 one man one day). To the

seller’s appointed account by T/T before the seller’s technicians go to the buyer’s

factory. The buyer pays the seller’s technicians travel cost outside China, including

round air tickets fee, accommodation and food, provide transportation from living hotel

to the work place, necessary communication, and insurance, etc.

OTHER TERMS: Attached please see the technical scheme, because the machine has

not been made, all the data in the technical scheme is estimate.

(1) Hydraulic un-coiler:

Used for support and uncoils the coil, electric reducer drives uncoiling, tensioned

by hydraulic pressure, with arm pressure, structure is reasonable, operated

conveniently.

It is adjustable in vertical , adjustable hand wheel in the side of operation control,

(3) Forming machine

Forming machine composed by frame, shaft ,roller power and transmission system.

Frame is steel welding structure, after to deal with the stress; Assembly work mesa

using machining centers, to guarantee the station relative assembly precisionThe transmission system has main motor, chain, down shaft

The roll forming craft adopts professional software design, can reach high roll

forming precision. Roller adopts 40Cr, the hardness after quenching is HRC58-62,

improve wearing resistance; shaft adopts well carbon steel and tempering and hardening

process to make sure profile precision. Rollers are installed face the last leveling roller

to make sure the profile’s precision.

(4) Punch and Cut device

reach the length ,the device will punch the hole . Ensure the cutting flat and with the

waste material approx. 10mm

(6) Control system:

The whole line adopts PLC control, human and machine screen. There are two

operation types (Manual and automatic), the line just need one worker to

operate in normally. On manual status, you can achieve single step action; it is

convenient to repair; on automatic status, you can make the whole line run; the

whole line is with emergency stop, in order to protect the human safety.

Outer control wire uses the quick plugs.

Operation display is English version.

Other low voltage electric units adopts Schneider brand.
