  SPECIFICATION

This classroom's function is for student of Civil Engineering

Department, Premier Polytechnic Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah

for education.

SITUATION The student of civil department from semester 1 until semester 6 will

study at this classroom by followed the class schedule everyday except

weekend and holiday.

Student will study many type courses in this classroom with lecturer by

using projector and white board.

DESCRIPTION

LA 208 was built up, in1997.

Purpose to provide student a comfortable place to study

Located at block 2 and second floor .

Height = 3.45 m , width = 8.15 m ; length = 10 m.

• Structural cracks in walls

RECOMMENDATION

I. Building should be implementation maintenance

the classroom every year .

II. Apply preventive maintenance method (follow the

schedule basis)

III. Rubbish in dustbin must be clean on every day .

CONCLUSION

I. Less of maintenance services of this class

room.(building),

II. For overall, student still felt comfortable when

study at here.

III. Polytechnic have to give more effort on the

maintenance services in the future.
