Some are drawn by parties,money, & drugs. Some are looking for a sense of respect and

power. Some want to make money -- to help out at home

or to have nice clothes, or just to brag. Some grow up in a neighborhood where it is

almost a way of life.

88% of all boys and over 76% of girls surveyed said they shot someone in the past 12 months because they

needed money. about 30-40 percent of boys and 15-30 percent of girls reports having committed a serious violent offense by

age 17. having to dowith gang related activity.

A gun in the home is 43 times more likely to be used to kill a family member or friendor to commit suicide

than to defend oneself.

Guns are often used in roberies and drug related crimes.

I think this would be a interesting documentary because:1. We need to expose this issue to teens that it is time to keep guns out of their hands.2.It shows how the desire to have money will make people have bad decisions
