by pressing Command-A (Select All)
• Copy it by pressing Command-C• Click on

bunch of text• Press Command-V• Click Go• Take a screen capture and paste
intoyour Wikipage or into Pages• Analyse your story for words that
you have used too many times

Screen Capture• Press Shift - Command – 4• Your mouse will turn into a cross with a circle behind it• Click and drag around what you want to capture• It will then go to your desktop• It will be called Picture 1 (or 2 or 3…)• Rename the Picture file by clicking once on the name• Then click again• (Don’t double click, it will just open the picture)• Type your new name in
Borders in Pages•Highlight all of your text•Click on the Inspector button•Click on the T button •Click on the More button•Click on the Line drop down and
select a line•Choose the border button•Change colour•Change border thickness•Change the size of the border

Make a frame in pages
•Click on the Shape button•Choose a shape suitable for a border•Click on the Inspector button•Click on the Wrap Inspector button•Click on the ‘In the Background’•Click on the Line dropdown menu and
select Picture Frame•Click on the Colour box drop down arrow and
select a frame
• Go to File-Export• Click Next • Click Export• Go to http://www.slideshare.net/• Click Login• Type in User Name and Password, click Login• Click Upload• Click Browse and Select Files• Find your file, click Upload• Click Publish• It may take a while, click on My Slidespace•When you see it, click on the document
Upload Pages to Slideshare•Click on Custom•Click once in the box
under ‘Without Related Presentations’•Press Command-C•Go to your Wikispaces page•Click on Edit •Click on the Embed Widget button•Click on Other HTML•Press Command-V•Click Save•Click Save
