• Hypnosis is a mental, emotional, and physical healing method that has been used for millions of years by buddhists, hindus, people who practice yoga, and nowadays by doctors, dentists, and psychotherapists.

• At the present time, hypnosis is recognized by the scientific community as an important healing tool.

•The practice of hypnosis can change your behavior, so in that way habits can be changed and your consciousness can be stimulated to remember forgotten events, remove pain, eliminate shyness, fears, phobias and depression..

• In day to day life, we have experimented hypnotic events, in which are natural events of the consciousness and can be used to be given instructions to the mind and body.

• In the hypnotic trance, everything is canalized to accomplish the desired objective.

• Under hypnosis, the therapist do suggestions that have even more influence than in normal conditions.

• Such suggestions can be generated by an hypnotizer or can be autoadministered (autosuggestion)

• Hypnosis is a technique with which we achieve a psyco-physiological state that is different from the normal state.

• Hypnosis is a mental and physical state in which we ‘’change’’ the way of functioning of our consciousness. Normally we are more less aware, but getting what is happening around us. If we learn to ‘’reduce’’ the difuse attention (the one that directs itself to the environment) to the time we increase the internal attention ( the one that directs itself to our own thinking) we will get a state of ‘’superconcentration’’ directed exactly towards those contents that interest us.
