To listen

To try to understand

To clear doubts if not in class then on a one-to-one basis

To reflect upon what is heard

To read and study what is given

To be open to and respectful of other enquirers

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ENQUIRER

Be punctual; sessions start at 3.30pm

Attend Mass even if you don’t understand everything that is happening

Start talking to God even if you aren’t sure how to pray

Read the Bible (when you get one) and all materials provided

Kept confidential anything personal shared in a session

If you are committed toward becoming a Catholic, show it! Attend all sessions, even if you are tired, busy, mildly ill, or just plain “malas”.

ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS

If you have been baptised in any church, please submit a copy of the baptismal certificate or any other proof

If you are and/or have been married/divorced before, kindly speak to Thomas in private.

Kindly ensure your attendance is marked at every session you attend as 90% attendance is necessary to complete RCIA

A folder has been provided for you. Bring it every Sunday and grow it with materials relating to the Catholic faith.
