every individual need to possess for handling

different situations in their life. You may be a student,

important for you to develop EI to identify & manage

points of view, understand, accept, and able to

explain your emotional reactions, stay calm under

pressure, use emotions appropriately to both inspire

and make others feel comfortable, admit and learn

from mistake, take feedback with ease and match

words with body language.
