Before I started the MCBS Program, I was a young aspiring author blindly chasing a dream without a plan.

However, just like every typical young person, I felt like I knew it all and knew what I was doing, so everything in my eyes was going to

be all right.

I had always thought I wanted to just attend college and get a degree in writing, then go on to either self publish or become the

next J.K. Rowling.

Page 5: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Publishing my first ever novel or book series has always been something that I’ve wanted to make concrete in my future.

But then, I realized that with the skills that I have with public relations, entertainment, and the media, I could do so much more

than just be a writer.

Page 7: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

My inspirations in the media industry have always been Alan Ball, Quentin Tarantino, and Anderson Cooper.

Page 8: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Just looking at their impressive resumes and accolades has always built up my motivation and passion to be involved in the industry.

Page 9: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Because of that, I immediately started researching on the best schools for entertainment and media that the country has to offer.

Page 10: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Being from South Carolina, there are not that many schools that really focus on the media to where you can actually go far in the

media and entertainment industry.

Page 11: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Everything is either revolved around the medical field or business industry.

Page 12: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Because of that, I grew interest with Full Sail after doing thorough research on their degree programs and their alumni’s success in the

entertainment industry, including gaming, music and media production, and writing.

Page 13: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Because of that, my motivation and passion was renewed and reinvented, taking away the blindness that I was suffering with myself.

Page 14: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Until finally it hit me: Full Sail was the direction I should go to begin my goal and execute my plan of future success in media.

Page 15: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

They have one of the most impressive resumes in the country when it comes to universities and they work with some of the biggest

partners in the industry like World Wrestling Entertainment, Disney, ESPN, to name a few.

And ever since I decided to pursue my passion for media, I have become a young aspiring author and future media Renaissance Man

who is clearly chasing a dream with a clear plan of how I will get there.

Page 17: Week 2 Project: Storyboard (My MCBS Story...board)

Older, more mature and wiser from experiences and gained knowledge, I have accepted and maintained a grasp of my goals in

the future.
