What’s the meaning of “visual weight”?

In any composition (a painting, a picture, a graphic design, an advertisement, etc.), some graphic elements attract the look of the spectator more easily than others.Thus, we can say about them that they have a bigger visual weight.

The 7 Elements:

•Location, place.•Size•Shape (simple or

complex-irregular)*•Color•Depth of field (objects that appear acceptably sharp)

•Textured appearance•Isolation

An object increases his V. W. accorgingly it moves away from the lower part of the framing.

An object has a bigger V. W.when it is placed at right .

Objects located at the upper third of the image has a bigger V. W.
