Victor Raja Mananikam, he was the professor and Head of the

Department Earth Science, Tanjore Tamil University. His brother

Dr.Samathanmam is working in Ministry of Science and Technology

in Dept., of Science and Technology (DST). They both join together

and swindled the government money under various project names.

Within 10 years, Department of Science and Technology (DST)

sanctioned grant on 35 times to Victor Raja Manikam. But no project

reports or any other reports are not available either in the Tanjoor

Tamil University Library or Dept., of Earth Science of the University,

or Cannimara Library or Govt., of India, Dept., of Science and

Technology. For a shock and serious, the connected files were

destroyed by Dr.Samathanam and while asking about the fund

allotted to Victor Raja Manikam from 1995 to 2005, Tanjoor Tamil

University replied, they received fund total 35 times in favour of

Victor Raja Manikam, where as DST replied, they have sanctioned

only one time. Now a complaint to the CBI have been lodged for

detailed enquiry about the Misappropriation of the Govt., Money.

times fund received and the reply from DST informing only one time

alone fund sanctioned are given below;

The above documents will establish the corruption and nexus

between Victor Raja Manikam and Dr.Samathanam. Is it true that,
