I added some chopped celery so it's nice and crunchy.!

eat more fish than beef or chicken.! I know, but I don’t like it.

I’m not saying that people should just eat fish all the time because if you eat too much you can get high mercury levels.!

I know but I don’t really worry about that because I don’t eat fish.!

But getting high mercury is really rare. In general, all the healthiest cultures in the world eat a lot of fish.!

I don’t worry about it because I don’t eat fish.!

Mercury isn’t only in fish.! Yes, I know, but people usually get

it from fish so I’m not really worried about it because I don’t eat fish.
