Reflective Practice• Reflective practice means that you

think objectively about a particular situation- this could be one that involves mistakes ,but equally it could be a situation that had positive outcomes. We learn from both.

Personal Development Plan

• A PDP is usually done with your manager and will help you identify training needs. You also might discuss a PDP during your appraisal.

• It is a working document and would need to be reviewed regularly.
