This presentation aims to help upcoming 4th year student to better understand the challenges and guide them through different models for time management in order to meet the highest expectation

Look for patients as early as possible
Create patient log to keep track of services to be delivered
Create an appointment log, provide the patient with an appointment slip at the same visit
Confirm patient appointment one day before the procedure
Prepare your clinic at least 15 minutes before the patient arrival
Know what you can do and what you have to send to the lab
Introduce yourself to the lab technician
If needed, visit the lab to confirm instruction
If needed, discuss your case with the lab technician
Confirm when your order will be ready and schedule your patient accordingly
Relate your didactic courses to your clinical work
Relate your medical courses to your dental practice
Read all your lectures the same day and highlights points that need clarification
If you missed a class, read your classmate notes and visit the professor for clarification
