Hukuman juga boleh berda sarkan Pera tu ran Aka dem ik, UTM Saha gian XIII yang membawa hukuman m aksima "membatalkan keputusan keseluruban peperiksaan dan diberbentikan daripada pe ngajian".

PART I (10 marks)

Instruction: Read the situation given and answer the following task.

Situation

You are the Manager of a hyperrnarket at Kota Perdana selling a range of items from

household goods to groceries, electrical appliances and clothes. The building is a non­

smoking area, and staff are only allowed to smoke outsi de the building. Th us, for staff

who smoke, they generally do so behind the store room. However , right next to the store

room is the back entrance to the adjoining shop. The owner of the shop has complained

about the cigarette butts and rubbish that are often left on the floor outside the back

entrance of his shop. To address this problem, you have arranged for two containers to

be used as an ashtray and a garbage bin to be placed near the store room.

Task

Based on the situation given above, write a memo to your staff
