bread with tomato is one of the most typical preparations of Catalonia

It consists in a slice of toasted bread rubbed with tomato and usually with a splash of olive oil and salt. It is eaten with sausages or cheese

BREAD WITH TOMATO

It is a small and elongated grain , with a few millimeters of diameter and it is eaten toasted

CORN SQUARED

It consists in a cooked sausage (grilled or fried) and boiled beans. Finally the dish is dressed with garlic and parsley.

It usually carries a sauce with mushrooms.
