This type of shot is the one in which the frame shows two persons. Not always the characters have to bee near. There are too many forms to do a two shot.

This type of shot usually used it for express the emotions between the characters of the movie

shoulder shotThis type of shot is used to show details of the person; expressions, lips, eyes, nose.

Usually, this type of shot is repeated a lot of times in the movie to be more dynamic and to not bore the audience.

This type of shot typically shows the entire object or human body.

Usually, this shot is used to provide a little bit about the universe in which the character is immerse.

This shot can be used as part of the edition to add more dynamism to the movie, or to enphasize emotions, like nerves, happiness, scary, etc.
