EndometritisMultiple linear hyperechogenic foci with shadowing caused by gas are seen within a distended endometrial canal in a febrile postpartum patient.

Transabdominal image to right of mass shows tortuous tubular structures, which showed no flow on Doppler, suggesting a twisted ovarian pedicle.

Dermoid cysts- A,B,C - Small, highly echogenic mass in an otherwise normal ovary.
