This is your landing page for all of the content housed in the Historic Pittsburgh repository. This short tutorial will take you through finding images.

There are 9 different organizations depositing image content on Historic Pittsburgh. The Heinz History Center is just one. The same search strategies work for all organizations. Happy hunting

This database uses basic Boolean Logic. If you are not familiar, check out this video.

The option to search across collections is great if you want to see what everyone has on a given topic. Below, I selected only the Library and Archives at the Heinz History Center to narrow the options to one set of collections
