Grizzly Bear

This is a grizzly bear and it can weight about 330 to 855 pounds. Bears like this have amazing strength to kill they prey. Grizzly bears usually eat berries, fish and sometimes squirrels.

Polar Fox

This is a Polar Fox or you can also call it the white fox. This arctic fox makes its home in small burrows in the frost free ground. The mating seasons is on May and February. Its size is big like a original house cat. The polar fox has short legs and a bushy tail. Polar fox have long fur to keep them warm and cozy.

Wolverine

• This animal usually digs and climbs to survive in the cold snow. The wolverine is in the same family as the river otters and same family as the weasel too.

Canada Lynx

The Canada lynx hunts for snowshoe rabbits and they run fast on the snow because of their giant paws. The Canada lynx has really long fur to keep them warm. This animal is a part of the cat family too.

The red fox is really really fast hunter. The red fox was known in the 1885. This animal is a part of the dog family too. Most of red foxes are found in Canada.

This is a ermine and these are other names for them: Short tailed weasel, Stout, and Royskatt. The ermine is found all over Canada, northern USA, and Eurasia. This animal lives in the Tundra and Taiga.

This is a Caribou another word Reindeer. ACaribou has giant horns that spread out.Male Caribou's have long horns but femaleCaribou's have shorter horns. Caribou are animals that usually live in a herd. People alsodrink Caribou milk.

• This type of polar bear has white fur to bled in the snow. It also has white fur so its camouflage. The polar bear eats fish, small animals and other smaller things.

• The arctic hare live in Canada and eats, woody plants, mosses, lichens, buds, berries, leaves, seaweed, bark, willow twigs and roots. The arctic hare has short thick hair to keep it warm in the cold snow.

• The musk ox are vegetarians and they always live in a herd. The musk ox can conserve water for a month. Living in a herd makes predators confused because there are lots of them that the predator cant focus on one.

This animal is a vegetarian and is a small rodent. The lemmings have soft fur that keep them warm and cozy.

This bird is found in northern Europe. The Atlantic puffin eats by dipping its head in the water and catching fish. These birds spend their time in the water almost the whole day.
