OUR SCHOOL HAS A DORM• Many of the students live in our dorm because their families live

quite far from the school.

• When dormitory issues arise, we allow parents to use Google Hangout with administrators to discuss the matter.

• The Dorm Supervisor, Division Director, and parents share information and work on solving problems.

• Parents appreciate the time they save by not having to travel all the way to the school for a face-to-face meeting.

• Many of the students use it during the week to communicate with their families.

PARENTS ARE TRAVELING• Many of our parents work for large Korean

companies and they are often required to travel for work.

• We use Google Hangouts for parent-teacher conferences when a parent’s travel schedule takes them out of town during conference times.

• Parents are away from the country, but they are still connected to the school and their children through Hangouts.
