In the world today, speaking is becoming more and more important. No matter what your career is, there is a situation in which you will have to speak in public, in front of colleagues, or in a small group. Being able to persuade people is an effective and useful tool.

In this assignment you will practice this skill and learn the real world applications of persuasive speaking. You will take on the role of a travel agent and use the Internet to research a country, and present it to your classmates (clients).

So put on that imaginary hat, and pretend that you are a world renowned travel agent.

•Your company has picked YOU to find a country that you have researched.

•Then find 5 interesting reasons/facts why this country would be a good place to visit.

•Finally, use PowerPoint and your own notes to give a 4-5 presentation on the amazing country you have researched.
