Skillz ModulesSkillz is very flexible and highly configurable. The attributes related to an option item in the left navigation menu can be configured to meet the needs of the organization and match with the workflow pattern as needed. The options available to Create and/or Manage items in the left navigation are:

Skillset Groups allows the addition, modification and deletion of a skillset group as required. A skillset group contains a set of related skillsets

Skillsets allows the addition, modification and deletion of a skillset as required. A certain set of skills are categorized under a parent skillsets group

Available set of Reports for Management Information

Pending Approvals allows managing the process of Approvals for Actual or Desired Skillsets of individuals and their Training needs

Manage Your Skillsets allows the Users to Manage their Actual and Desired skillsets. It also allows them to apply for training to upgrade skillsets and view training history.

Manage Your Resumes allows the Users to make changes to their Resumes and upload them

Skillz Security allows the addition, modification and deletion of Users, User Groups, Roles.

Skillz Training allows the addition, modification and deletion of Tracks, Courses, Modules and Schedules

The Administrator manages all the modules of Skillz. It is the responsibility of the Administrator in Skillz to create and manage (Add, Edit or Delete): Skillset Groups Skillsets Roles User Groups Users The Administrator can grant specific data access privileges to specific Users, User Groups and Roles operating within the Skillz architecture. The accessibility, visibility, edit-ability of various features presented to each User operating within the Skillz modules depend on these permissions granted to the User Group to which they belong or the Role they have been assigned according to organization needs.

Managers can create Training Tracks, Courses, Modules and Schedule training sessions if they have the appropriate rights to Manage Training

The schedule helps to organize and run the sessions smoothly with attention to each detail about the Facilitators, days, dates, timings, duration and location etc.

The last date for application is also published to enable Team Members to submit their training request in good time

The Status field displays the current application status of this schedule. It may be Active or Closed
