Group Poster Presentations

• 1st year research methods module• Group (4-6) research project

– relationship between imagery and creativity

• Written up as conference poster– 16-18 Powerpoint slides, printed out

Strengths

• all feedback accessible later

• creation and distribution of feedback completed within session

Limitations• depends on wireless network• downloading of audio files too much for some• navigation of long audio files awkward

Essay marking

• Comparison to lap/desk-top✘stylus/freehand annotation rarely useful

✘touch typing impossible with on-screen keyboardsecond screen for reading

• not tied to desk; could slouch, walk etc.

• choice of font size

• easier scrolling backwards and forwards

• better lit screen

• able to flick backwards and forward to other applications e.g. email
