• This is showing every part of a knight armor.

• And showing every part of the horse’s armor.

• This is when people lance at one another.

• Sometimes the knight could get very hurt or even die.

A MIDDLE AGED KNIGHT

• They wore full plate into battle.

• Full plate armor cost a lot of money.

This is a knight that is getting ready to go to battle.

This could weight up to tons.

• This is a knight that is skilled in 2 sword combat.

• This is a knight that was in a stories. His name was King Arthur.

• This knight is not like middle ages knight because it was not from back then.

• This was a fantasy knight.

• Very good sword man.

• He was a king.

AN ARCHER AND A KNIGHT

• An archer would use crossbow and bows or range weapons.

• Knights would use close up battle weapons like swords, flails, daggers and shields.

• This is a middle age knight in full plate.

• The knights fight for their Lords for land.

• This is how they become vassal.

KNIGHT’S HELMET

• A middle age knight wore this to battle.

• It could weight up to about 5 ponds.

A KNIGHT BREAST PLATE

• This was from the early middle age armor.

• It was called breast plate.

CHAIN MAIL

• Tons of these were used to make chains.

• Some could take up to about hundred chains.

KNIGHT ARMOR

• Some knights would wear this in to battle.

• It did not cost as much as full plate armor.

KNIGHT’S ARMOR

• These were worn on a knight’s legs to keep them safe.

• Some were used to keep their horses’ feet safe from injury.

SPURS

• Knights would use spurs to make their horses run faster so they could engage in battles or retreat from battles.

CASTLE WAR

• This is a scene of a battle at a castle.

• Some castle wars could last more than one week.

• There are many ways to get into a castle.

CATAPULT

• Used to knock down castle walls.

• Sometimes this was used in battle.

WEAPONS

• Some weapons that were used in the middle ages.

• Some were used for

cutting wood.

AN AXE

• Serfs used this type of axe to cut firewood and to cut down trees.

• Also may be used in battles by knights.

A SWORD

• Some people think this was one of the legendary sword in the round table.

A BATTLE AXE

• These were used in war sometimes.

• Some knights in battle would cut the enemy’s horses’ legs off.

• These were used in battle.

• Only some knights used flails.

• Flails could be made out of gold, sliver or iron.
