In modern days, University is an essential body that delivers knowledge and equips the young and the other seekers with the skills and temperament that will design their future. Education has become quite important as it gives choices in learning and in-depth knowledge that one cannot have access to if they stayed at home or worked all life. University and higher education have greater responsibility towards the youth of today. And It is time for the Universities to buckle up and find ways to upgrade themselves .

and Scholars are the titles that define a person’s ability for many common
purposes. Be it for businesses, achievers of the past, the old or the strangers. In modern
days, University is an essential body that delivers knowledge and equips the young and
the other seekers with the skills and temperament that will design their future.
Education has become quite important as it gives choices in learning and in-depth
knowledge that one cannot have access to if they stayed at home or worked all life.
University and higher education have greater responsibility towards the youth of today.
From the time immemorial, education has always had
the one major goal of equipping the young with
knowledge and skills that they can put into use
‘earn for their living’.In the past, the young were only taught how to achieve
or complete a task, following various smaller tasks. Most
commonly the same would be learnt in a live
environment, many a time in their own backyard. In
today’s world we would term it as On the Job Training.
But as the information is growing and the knowledge
has increased, it is impossible to equip the young, on
the job with all the required skills and knowledge. The
society and the way of life of the people have changed.
Essentially we don’t see a carpenter’s son becoming a
carpenter. And for many such similar reasons we are in
an age where school education is essential for survival
and university education to survive better.
However the concern of today is that education is
not evolving at a pace the way of
life is!! The institution of education is agreeably bigger and
caters to a very huge clientele compared to other institutions.
However big, it is educating the youth today and thus, has a
greater responsibility of delivering the right combination of
services. The higher studies and the university education are
shaping lives every day across the world. The young take up
courses with aspirations to become ‘something’ with
respect to the courses they chose. And it is these bodies of
education that can help in achieving those goals of the young and
aid to realise their potential.

instead of being pedantic. Youth across the world are furious for the conditions
presented to them. They invest time, money and complete energy on their education in order
to get equipped with skills that will land them a job and enable them to lead a life of growth
and success. With poor and outdated education systems, youth are unable to find
jobs and are forced to settle for jobs that they are over qualified for and that are not equal to
their potential and hence are in distress. Nations are at a loss with huge populations of youth
being unproductive or less productive. Universities could tie up with institutes such as
IIHT in all other sectors to ensure that youth do not end up losing hope in the university
learning.
The direction in which education starts a
man, will determine his future in life.
