WE ARE THE TEAM:

Hi! I am Liza the one who conducted and counted survey results.

We are Vlad, Serhiy, Anna and Rita who looked for examples of Ukrainian national musical instruments.

We are Olga, Anastasia, Maxim and Oleh who can read music and tried to create our own musical instrument.

Together we created this presentation

WHATWe read a story about a girl who liked music

very much and created her own instrument.

We were interested how many people in our class can create a musical instrument.

We conducted a survey to find out whether our classmates know anything about Ukrainian musical instruments.

We asked how many of them they could describe and name.

WE FOUND OUT THAT… There are 78 national musical instruments

WE CREATED OUR SPECIAL INSTRUMENT Take the first glass and put a little water into it. The water should just

cover the bottom of the glass. Put water into the next glass. This time put in a little more water. The fourth glass should be half-filled, and the last glass should be

nearly full. Tap the first glass with a pencil where the water line is. Listen to the

sound the glass makes. The more water a glass has, the lower its sound will be. Now you are ready to play music. Tap the glasses in any order you

want. You may want to tap a glass more than once. Make up a song or two.

Now we can play music for your family and friends.
