DESCRIPTION
Vivanista is chartered with helping volunteer fund raisers increase the efficiency and effectiveness of charitable events. The results? More money for the non-profits. And these days they can use the help more than ever. Vivanista introduces a series of on-line Charitable Fund Raising seminars with the launch of the new website. The seminars will be accompanied by a full, robust library of templates – from a budget spreadsheet to a corporate donor request. All available free. These seminars are based on the simple VIVA Approach to charitable event planning. Check out the following slide presentation to find out the VIVA Approach.

The VIVA Approach:Fundamentals in Charity
Event Planning
Millions of urban-dwelling women participate in some form of charitable fundraising one way or another, whether for their children’s school, their church, or their favorite museum.
Charitable volunteers who dedicate time and resources to fund raising have had no place – no centralized repository of useful information, on
how to successfully raise more money.
Vivanista is dedicated to helping philanthropic women through sharing of fund raising best
practices and as well as lifestyle insights that enable members to live well while doing good.
Problem:
Ineffective: According to a 2007 study conducted by Charity Navigator, for every $1 raised through a charitable event, $1.33 is spent on expenses
Inefficient:Fundraising volunteers – those millions of women who reach out to help others, reinvent the proverbial wheel when creating a fundraiser.
Solution: VIVA Approach
Vivanista provides the step-by-step tools to produce efficient and effective fund raisers
–Structure for planning and implementing a successful event
–Templates to support the fund raising effort
