DESCRIPTION
The pink ribbon that is associated with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation has taken on a life of its own. The purpose of this presentation is to shed light on the pink ribbon phenomenon. This campaign has helped to unite those touched by the disease by slowly growing support through events and merchandise. The ribbons are now associated with and utilized by numerous brands, products, organizations, corporations and countries.
