The brain is the most complicated part of the human body, and yet less is known about it than any other part. It is quite small ( a normal human brain weighs about one kilogram), and a bigger brain does not mean a better brain.

It´s a quite easy answer, you only have one brain.

But it´s divided in two hemispheres:

90% population- right-handed –dominant.

10% population- left-handed or "left hand dominant."

Few people use each hand equally; they are "ambidextrous."

Broca’s Area

Also called convolution of Broca, region of the brain that contains motor neurons involved in the control of speech.

Function: Controls Facial Neurons Controls Speech Production Understanding Language Location: Broca's area is located in the left

frontal lobe, around the opercular and triangular sections of the inferior frontal gyrus.

Broca Aphasia

Broca Aphasia -a "loss or impairment of the power to use or comprehend words usually resulting from brain damage." 

In most people the Broca's area is in the lower part of the left  frontal lobe.  It is one of the main language areas in the cerebral cortex because it controls the motor aspects of speech.
