bullied on line3. Don’t say anything in an instant message

Digital Health and WellnessThe elements of physical and
psychological well-being related to digital technology use
Be aware that repetitive stress injuries, eyestrain and back problems as well as
addiction to technology use can and does occur.
Remember to balance your life – Balance the amount of time you spend on the Internet
with your other social, academic and work responsibilities

must take to guarantee their personal safety and the security of their networkUse virus protection programs and keep them
