report it2. Do not bully others or allow yourself to be

bullied on line3. Don’t say anything in an instant message

you would not say face-2-faceWhat you say and post online – lives

forever!

psychological well-being related to digital technology use

Be aware that repetitive stress injuries, eyestrain and back problems as well as

addiction to technology use can and does occur.

Remember to balance your life – Balance the amount of time you spend on the Internet

with your other social, academic and work responsibilities
