didn‘t lead them. They just helped if something was not clear for the other students.
• 3.Each group got a map and instructions for its route.• 4. They needed to follow the instructions to visit all the
control points in a sequence.• 5. They had to take photos at each control point.• 6. If they passed all the route, you found a surprise at the last

SorrelRumex acetosa
• Sorrel (rumex acetosa) is a herbaceous perennial plant with the arroww- shaped edible leaves. It can grow as a weed or is cultivated as a garden plant.
• Wild sorrel is a common plant for the grasslands. Garden sorrel has been cultivated for centuries. Both kinds of sorrel may be used to prepare soups, sauces and salads. Fresh leaves of sorrel have a sour taste due to oxalic acid

Rhubarb (Rheum rhabarbarum)
• Rhubarb (Rheum rhabarbarum) is a herbaceous perennial plant with the large poisonous leaves and edible stalks. It is wide spread all over the world.
• Fresh stalks of rhubarb are crisp with a strong tart taste. They are used to prepare the pies, cakes and other desserts.
• For the medical purposes the roots of rhubarb can be used because of their laxative effect.
• This is a wrong opinion that the stalks of rhubarb contain a lot of vitamin C. Actually such a sour taste is provided by the organic acids.
