You will be a Business Partner of the www.testmerit.com – Online education vertical of Compark Education Pvt. Ltd.

The payment has to be made upfront to Compark to become an associate of our partner network.

You will receive commission on sale of every educard. The share can go up to more than 80% on each subscription (i.e. 2500 INR) based on number of educards purchased.

All initial Marketing Collateral, Support and Service after Sales will be provided by the www.testmerit.com team.

Marketing Collaterals and Marketing support include Advertisements, Posters, Banners, Brochures, Leaflets and Demo CD.

Partners can create their own marketing / promotional material however they are required to take the consent of TestMerit in advance.

You can set the discount on MRP to the end user on your own.

Your point of contact for your entire requirement will be provided by the company after signing the agreement.

The agreement will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of signing the agreement and renewable on mutual consent without any renewable fee.

The partner will conduct the business in coordination with TestMerit and guidelines/processes prescribed by TestMerit from time to time.

The partner will at all times conduct himself/ herself with propriety and decorum and in a manner not prejudicial to the interest of Test Merit.

The partner shall answer all queries of the customers for various services provided by www.testmerit.com

The Partner will be authorized to sell all products and services available on www.testmerit.com

The Partner shall however not give any guaranty / commitments unless specifically permitted in writing by Test Merit.

The Partner will not engage with any other competing organization during the course of this agreement.
