STOP TALKING

It is difficult to listen and speak at

the same time.!

Give the speaker your full attention, and let them know they are getting your full attention.

EMPATHIZE WITH THEM

Try to put yourself in their place so that you can see their point of view.

HOLD YOUR TEMPER

Watch your own emotions.

If what they are saying creates an emotional response in you hold on and pay attention to find the meaning exactly.
