Water cooled centrifugal chillers 750 TR * 4 =3000 TR of carrier make

For air conditioning, the occupants as per their internal distribution network shall

do internal ducting with other associated work from AHU onwards.

Exhaust Fan – Toilet Exhaust Fan – 12 Nos. The occupant shall carry out ducting

for toilet exhaust lip to riser shaft from individual floor.

Fire Fighting System

Fire pumps (hydrant & sprinkler): Hydrant – 1 No. 2850 LPM @ 90 Mtr. Head, 100 Hp rating Sprinkler – 1 No. 2850 LPM @ 75 Mtr. Head, 100 Hp rating

Jockey Pump : Hydrant – 1 No. 180 LPM @ 90 Mtr. Head ; Sprinkler – 1 No. 180 LPM @ 55 Mtr. Head

Hose reels: At each floor landing.

Fire Hydrant – Double headed hydrant valve at each landing of suitable type & capacity.

Fire Extinguishers – At meter rooms, machine room, pump house, substation.

Sprinklers – In common area (Lift, stair case lobbies) & upright sprinkler above false ceiling in office areas

Public address & alarm System: As per CFO provisional NOC.

Automatic /Manual fire alarm system: Conventional detection System.

Fire Detection and Alarm System

Smoke/Heat Detector duly wired/hooked up with main control/alarm panel located in security room through floor wise zonal panels located near the staircase.

Floor occupant/owner to install detectors, conduit and wiring themselves in their area of Occupation and hook up with zonal panel of 12 Zones -2 Nos on the particular floor.

Main panel will have in built zone wise fire detection and automatic alarm on all floors, through an amplifier.

All AHU's and other ventilation/ pressurization systems are operationally hooked-up with fire alarm/detection system.

Telephone System

1000 pair main tag block shall be provided in the basement

30 pair tag block shall be kept on each floor in one V Shaft for the occupants of that particular floor from one V Shaft to individual

office area conducting and wiring shall be done by the DLF with 2/3 or 4 pair cable per size of shop at one place

Further internal layout of telephone shall be done by the occupants

Security System

1. Access control system provided for car entry and exit through proximity card in the Podium-1.

2. Surveillance system through fixed and moving camera will be provided in the Podiums / basement and will be monitored by the security staff.

3. There is a dedicated intercom system for the building through electronic telephone exchange.

4. Every floor level common area and Service areas are connected with an intercom System.
