Dinner:plenty of appetizers are all placed on the table at the same time. There are usually plenty of flat breads and plenty of olives. This leads to a more leisurely, less structured way of eating the meal.
Meat & Alcohol:Muslims are prohibited from eating
pork so it is not included in Arab menus. There are strict
Muslim taboos against alcohol and meat must be
slaughtered according to the Islamic halal method.
Desserts- dates, pastries filled with honey and nuts,
rich bread & milk puddings, served with rose water and
pistachios & sweet cheesecakes.

It improper to eat with the left hand. To offer
someone something with the left hand is very
rude.
There are no specific rules for utensils, but it
is polite to use both a knife and fork for the
main course.
When finished, leave cutlery facing upward
in the middle of your plate.
