Ensuring Technology Access Equity:The Dallas ISD Flight Plan to the Future

SxSW edu 2015 – Proposal Submission

The notion of a “flight plan” is used because, like a flight plan, our plan requires us to fly high, to a specific destination, with checkpoints along the way; it requires that we know the destination and we plan a route to get there, considering the available resources, time and obstacles; it encourages us to leverage the wind at our back that available opportunities can provide; it challenges us to soar.
