SOME OF THE TERMINOLOGIES USED BY HOTEL INDUSTRY

EP - This is called the European Plan. Under this plan, only room rent is included and any food cost will be additional. Usually this will have the

lowest tariff.

CP - This is called the Continental Plan. Under this tariff plan, room rent and complimentary free breakfast is included. For dinner and lunch you

will have to pay extra.

MAP - This stands for Modified American Plan. Under this tariff plan, room rent is included with free breakfast and free lunch OR free dinner.

AP - This stands for American Plan and this tariff includes room rent plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. Booking a room under this plan means that

you wont have to pay extra for food.

MAPI or API - This is an extended version of MAP or AP under which free evening tea/snacks are provided.

SAPPHIREThe Swarn Mandap (2000 sq feet) with a maximum capacity of 100 people, is a fully air-conditioned hall with two separate entrances. The hall can be divided into two parts and may be used for two different events at one time. 

OLIVINEOlivine is one of the most popular venues at Hotel Swarn Towers for small parties and get-togethers. Our guests prefer it to host small dinner parties, Ladki Dikhai as well as conferences for 10-30 people . The venue consists of an air-conditioned hall and extends to a patio terrace overlooking the lush green lawns of the hotel. 

SWARN MAHALThe Swarn Mahal (3600 sq feet ) with a maximum capacity for 250-300 people, is also a fully air-conditioned hall. The Mahal is an independent building adjacent to the hotel and

is connected to a patio which allows one to extend the capacity for the event. Furthermore, the two halls can be connected the front garden of the hotel, an option which is ideal for the Grand Indian Wedding as the hotel is lit in the background with all its grandeur and a

beautiful fountain welcomes the guests as they arrive. 

SWARN FARMS

Swarn Farms has emerged as the most picturesque event venue in town, be it for large conferences, weddings, or functions of any scale. The Farms has a mind-whopping

180,000 sq feet of lush green lawns accompanied with adequate parking and a separate exit. The venue can host more than 2000 people at one time! 

In addition, King’s Court is a 5000 sq foot column-less air-conditioned hall and can host a seating of 500 people!

AURUM - THE ELITE RESTAURANT

Aurum is a fine dining restaurant serving Indian and Oriental cuisine with a maximum capacity of 90 seats. The ambiance conveys sheer opulence with the complementary colour scheme ensuring a level of sophistication and visual delight for our diners. 

Our chefs offer a different taste with a completely new range of items on the menu. In addition, the beverage menu comprises of a whole list of foreign liquors and delicious

cocktails, a rare indulgence to find in Bareilly (if not the entire district!). 

THE LOUNGE

The lounge is open for lunch and dinner on all days. This is a smoking area with a capacity of about 50 seats. The restaurant is ideal for to take a break after a long day, grab a couple of drinks and scrumptious hor d'oeuvres. Foreign liquor brands are also served here.
